If we do not have the items available for any reason, we will email you as soon as possible and refund the charges. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, or special order items will take longer to process. After processing, orders will be shipped within 48 hours. We try to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If your items are in stock they will be processed within 48hrs. However, if your items are not in stock we will notify you as soon as possible. All items will ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and shipments will go out Mon-Fri.

and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you. We accept returns for exchange or credit refund within 14 days of the shipped date as long as the product is not visibly used or damaged. You must email us prior to sending in a return and we will give you return instructions. Shipping is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used. If for any reason merchandise is returned past the 14 day period or in used condition, we can reship the items back to you at your expense.
